Joramco Employees Engage with Elderly in Act of Solidarity

Amman, Jordan – May 14, 2025—In a heartwarming gesture for the local community, Joramco, the Amman-based aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility and engineering arm of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), organized a visit to Dar al-Zahraa Elderly Home during the past month. This visit aims to contribute to society’s overall well-being and encourage a culture of giving back.
As part of the initiative, Joramco employees volunteered their time to spend a day with the elderly, engaging them in enjoyable activities, and sharing a meal together. The volunteers’ active participation reflects Joramco’s values of compassion and community engagement that aims to foster among its team members.
The company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee played a central role in planning and executing this initiative reflecting Joramco’s commitment to giving back to the community, fostering a culture of social responsibility within the organization, and creating a lasting positive impact in the lives of the elderly.
