The St. Regis Amman Wins Three Reputable Awards at HORECA Jordan 2025 Hotel participates in HORECA for the fourth consecutive year

Amman, Jordan – For the fourth consecutive year, The St. Regis Amman marked its distinguished participation at the 10thedition of the International Hospitality Forum and Exhibition “HORECA Jordan,” achieving three reputable awards and one participation certificate. The event, held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, took place at the Jordan International Exhibition Center – Mecca Mall from September 16 to 18, and featured the region’s most talented chefs and experts in the hospitality and food and beverage industry.
The St. Regis Amman participated in this annual exhibition alongside numerous international and local entities specializing in the food and beverage industry. Four talented Jordanian chefs from the hotel competed in the culinary competition, and they excelled across multiple categories, earning the following awards: Chef Abduallah Nasir won the golden medal in the Macaron Dessert Competition; Chef Ayham Nofal received the silver medal for the Best Éclair; Chef Ahmed Zanoun was awarded the silver medal in the Best Seafood Dish competition.Chef Mohamed Dardas also secured a participation certificate for presenting a traditional Jordanian dish.
This year, HORECA attracted a broader audience, including visitors from Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Palestine, and Egypt, establishing itself as the ideal platform for exhibitors and visitors to connect in a business-focused environment. The exhibition provided opportunities for networking among industry professionals, hosted panel discussions with leading hospitality speakers, and featured a variety of events, competitions, and awards.

It is noteworthy that HORECA Jordan is the leading trade exhibition for Hospitality and Food & Beverage Service industry in Jordan. Launched in 2014, the exhibition aims to elevate the quality of services provided by professionals in the sector, which in turn positively impacts tourism in the kingdom.
